Heavy Duty Metal Planer Machine B5063 For Processing Metal Trough Parts
The B5063 is a linear motion machine that uses a vertical reciprocating motion of the inserter to insert keyways and holes. The inserting machine, like the planer, uses a single-edged tool (insert knife) to cut the workpiece, but the planer is a horizontal layout and the insert is a vertical layout.
The productivity and precision of the inserting machine are relatively low, and it is often used for machining the inner hole keyway or spline hole in single or small batch production, and can also process flat, square or polygonal holes, etc., and is often replaced by a milling machine or a broaching machine in mass production.
